We will pick-up the bed or exchange it for another; your choice. In cases of exchange, you will need to pay the difference for higher priced items, but remember it's your choice. For exchanges to a lesser-priced item the difference will be refunded.

If you simply want to return the bed, no problem. We will pick-up the bed within six (6) working days and refund all your money, no restocking fee, no hidden fees, and no tricks. We stand behind all of our products 100%. Raw foam purchases have a 10-day comfort guarantee.
