My wife and I recently purchased the 9000 series custom mattress from your firm and had some difficulties with it. After my wife spoke with you on the phone, you assured her that you would give us our money back or build a harder custom mattress to try out at no extra charge. If we did not like the harder custom mattress, then you would pick it up at no cost to us. My wife purchased a custom mattress here locally and it only lasted 8 months and they would not do anything for us. Your shipment arrived a day or so before we were evacuated from Houston for Hurricane Rita. We were able to return to our house several days later and finally got to give the second custom mattress a try. I'm happy to report that the second one has proven to be a better match for me. Thank you for working with my wife to get this issue resolved as promised.

I received a phone call at 10:30am the morning of our delivery from the local delivery people to inform me that I would receive my new Simple-Pedic mattress and foundation before 5pm that day. At approximately 3pm I received a call from the delivery driver to inform me he would be here between 4pm and 5pm. At approximately 4:45pm the delivery people arrived.

They followed the instructions to the letter.

They unboxed the mattress and foundation and set it up in my bedroom.

They even took the trash away.

This couldn't have been a more enjoyable experience.

After sleeping on the Series 9000 Firm Summer/Winter mattress for more than a month, I can tell you I have never enjoyed sleeping in a bed more. Our previous mattress was a Lady Americana, manufactured in Oklahoma City, and after five years the springs were sticking me in the side. It simply was not comfortable at all. With the Simple-Pedic mattresses being innerspring-free I know I will never have that problem again.

Judy informed me she was bragging about the bed at her job and may even have a potential customer for you. It's amazing how a few good night's sleep can really convert someone to your product.

You can REST assured we will tell everyone we know about your fantastic mattresses.

This is just a quick note to let you know how Christine and I feel this morning after our first night sleeping in a Simple-Pedic bed. Christine wanted me to tell you that she feels like a Princess. She tends to get a bit chilly in the night, which is why we ordered the 7000 Series Warm Memory Foam Mattress, and she said that she could actually feel the mattress hugging her, snuggling her and warming her. She loved it. Hearing her talk about it, I thought to myself.... "hmmm, now this is a first... I think I'm getting jealous over a mattress."

As for me, I slept so hard, sound and deep that I went straight pass the dream state into some kind of oblivion. For the first six hours I was simply gone. I felt so refreshed when I awoke that I had to get up an hour and half earlier than I normally do, which is quite Ironic. I love the bed so much, yet because it performs so well, I actually spend less time in it.... go figure.

From Mike and Christine to every single staff member of Simple-Pedic we say thank you for your tremendous work.... and KEEP ON.

Enclosed are the pictures of where our new round mattress was placed. As you can see, it went in a Geodesic Round House.

My husband and I are very pleased with this new mattress. We highly recommend it ... especially for people with back problems.

My husband and I love our new mattress!

We have slept better in the past two months on our new Simple-Pedic mattress than we have in years on our innerspring mattress. We really like the split mattress! My husband prefers a harder mattress than I do. Since my side has the memory foam, I am able to stay nice and warm while he stays nice and cool.

It is a great mattress that caters to each of our needs!

I purchased a mattress and foundation set from Serta and found several problems with it. While the set was under warranty, Serta refused to replace it.

After a time, I contacted other mattress companies for help. Tom Wacker of Best Made Mattress Company, Inc. stepped up and guided me to the CEO of Serta.

After contacting Serta's CEO, Serta replaced the mattress and foundation set. Unfortunately the new set is in worse condition than the original one. Again, I notified Serta of the problem. This time they sent a Serta representative to my home to inspect the mattress and foundation set. His comments were unnerving.

He said the foundation was designed to sag.

Based upon Serta's quality of service and product, I will never purchase from Serta again. In fact, I have plans to purchase a mattress and foundation from Simple-Pedic.

Tom was without a doubt the most helpful and concerning individual to whom I've spoken. He had nothing to gain by helping me, yet took the time to do so without hesitation. If that is the way that Best Made Mattress Company, Inc. and Simple-Pedic conduct business, it would be hard not to purchase their products because you know that you will get the service and courtesy that you deserve.

When I ordered the Simple-Pedic 4000, I told the salesperson that they don’t make a bed that will make my back feel better and that I just wanted my wife to be happy. I was wrong. They do make a bed for me and now we’re both happy. Before, I could not get out of bed in the mornings because I was tired due to lack of sleep. Every bed we tried hurt my back, my neck, and my hips. Now I still can’t get out of bed, not because of lack of sleep, but because I don’t want to get out of bed.
