Simple-Pedic™ Shipping Policies and Procedures

All orders ship in six (6) working days

Unless we are waiting for a template from you on a custom order, then it's six (6) working days from the time we receive the template. Templates are used for special designs or cuts as required by the customer and have no bearing on our Luxury line.

(Working days are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays and plant retooling times. Retooling takes place for one week during the 4th of July holiday and once during Christmas)

Shipping Raw Foam

Simple-Pedic™ provides free shipping for all Raw Foam to any location within the United States. All Raw Foam will be shipped using United Parcel Service.

Shipping Mattresses and Foundations

We use various shipping agencies to deliver your Luxury and Custom Mattresses and Foundations depending upon the area of the United States you want your mattresses and foundations delivered.

Shipping within Colorado

We have three service levels available for our valued customers in Colorado.

Hold for Pick Up

We will hold your luxury or custom mattress and foundation at our delivery docks for you to pick up. Once your order is completed, usually within six (6) business days, we will call you and let you know when you can come in and pick up your mattress and foundation.

Dock to Dock

We will deliver your luxury or custom mattress and foundation to a shipping warehouse near you for pick up. Once your order has been delivered to this point we will contact you and confirm delivery.

White Glove

If you choose our White Glove service level, you will receive:
• Free in-home delivery
• Free set-up
• Free removal of your old bed
• Free removal of packaging
• Free 30-minute delivery driver waiting time.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Customer requesting deliveries within Alaska and Hawaii will be charged a flat shipping rate of $200.

Shipping to Other United States Locations

We have two service levels available for our valued customers in other States.

If you choose our White Glove service level, you will receive:
