1. Buy a Simple-Pedic® Luxury Mattress from our website or from one of our Authorized Retail Stores that participates in the 90 Night Tryout program.
2. We or the Authorized Retail Stores will deliver your mattress and set it up in your home- charges may apply.
3. Sleep on our new mattress for 90 nights to get used to the amazing comfort and support it offers.
4. If you are not happy in the first 90 nights/days after your purchase, call us or the participating store. If we or the store cannot find a way to make you happy, we/ they will take the mattress back and reimburse your purchase price less the initial shipping costs.
5. If you purchased from our website, we will refund your money. If you purchased from one of our Authorized Retail Stores then they will refund your money- it’s that simple.
