At Simple-Pedic™, you will speak directly with someone on the team at the factory, no sourced out customer service departments. Sales team associates at the plant will not only handle the sale, they will also be your customer service contact and have been empowered to handle all issues. If you forget the name of your sales associate, do not worry; The Team will take care of you.

Each sales associate has his or her own e-mail address. However, if you forget it, you can simply e-mail Sales@SimplePedic.com and your e-mail will be sent to the proper sales person.
