During the expected life cycle of the product (the warranty period) you purchased from Simple-Pedic™, you, as the original purchaser are entitled to A REPAIR or replacement, no questions asked.

Simply go online or email us at Sales@SimplePedic.com during the warranty period and we will replace or repair the product, your choice. If you purchased a mattress and foundation set we may have to replace the whole set if the fabric changes so that you still have the matching set.

Term of Warranty:
♦ 1000, 2000 and the 3000 series have a 10 year non-prorated warranty
♦ 4000 and the 5000 series have a 15 year non-prorated warranty
♦ 6000, 7000, 8000 and 9000 series have a 20 year non-prorated warranty
